I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Georgia and a National Certified Counselor. I have experience in supervising and providing training for other counselors within the field. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Saint Leo University and received her Master's degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University. I have over a decade of experience in working with adults, children, families and couples.
I have extensive experience in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment and mood disorders. I utilize evidenced based treatment modalities include CBT, Solution Focused, Conflict Resolution, Trauma Processing, Person-Centered and various treatment approaches.
Everyone has a unique set of qualities within them. Once a person has gained a level of self-awareness, self-confidence and utilize learned coping skills then they will have the tools for success in their life.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is committed to working with individuals, couples, and communities to improve mental health. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State University, and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I am a national certified counselor (NCC), and I am also certified in psychological first aid training. My clinical experiences as a therapist involve working with children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults.
As part of my specialties and interests, I work with clients that are experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger management, stress management, relational issues, work/life balance, self-esteem issues, grief, and past traumas. I like to use integrative, strength based, and collaborative approaches to work with each individual client’s specific needs and therapy goals. I utilize a combination of treatment techniques such as Solution focused therapy, Cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, as well as other clinical frameworks. My philosophy is to empower individuals and to promote self-care by assisting clients in developing emotional
intelligence, self- regulation, and healthy coping strategies in their healing journey.

I am a graduate of Clayton State University who holds a Master of Science. I am well versed in direct counseling experience with focuses on anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, substance abuse, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, life transitions, LBGT issues, and non- binary individuals. I can serve in a variety of roles, such as a peer counselor, facilitator, advocate, or mediator.
In addition, I served my country in the United States Air Force. During my time in the United States Air Force, I served as a chaplain assistant for over ten years, gaining valuable real-life experience in many aspects of counseling. I have an array of competencies to assist patients and anyone in need which include crisis intervention, counseling, support, CBT, and suicide prevention. I have demonstrated history of success with implementing crisis intervention techniques that can effectively and successfully de-escalate situations and minimize damage.

I am licensed professional counselor for the state of Georgia . I completed my undergraduate studies at Life University with a concentration in Psychology and minor in Life Coaching. I also obtained her Master’s Degree from Argosy University in Community Counseling. I am very passionate about working with individuals, children, families to explore barriers and mental health issues that prevent them from tapping into their purpose and potential. My specialty is working with children , adolescents and adults dealing with work/life balance.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic. I believe that there is no cookie cutter approach in dealing with people's lives. I strive to meet my clients were they are. I am very down to earth, open, funny, and non judgmental towards my clients. I also believe that my clients have the innate power to heal from the circumstances. My earnest hope is that you leave my presence better than you came. I look forward to working with you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Georgia with over 14 years of experience working as a Psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, grief, mood disorders, self esteem, anger management, life changes, etc. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
I graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a BA in Psychology and a Minor in Adolescent Health. I received my MA in Professional Counseling from Argosy University (Georgia School of Professional Psychology). My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with unconditional positive regard, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approach is eclectic, meaning flexible and adaptive to the unique needs of each specific client, depending on the problem, the treatment goals, and the person's expectations and motivation. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes a tremendous amount courage to seek change!
